Meet the RTM Directors

  • Shrey Burman

My name is Shrey Burman, and I have been a resident of Byron Court for the past five years. Having moved to the UK eight years ago, I now consider it my home. As this is my first property purchase, I am keen to ensure it is managed effectively, unlike the past couple of years. Therefore, I have decided to take it upon myself, along with others, to dedicate time and energy to rectifying the situation, contributing to the RTM process and restoring to its original condition when I first moved in.

  • Francois-Xavier Gintz

I grew up in France and moved to the UK 15 years ago to pursue my career in the IT sector, making it my home and becoming a British citizen. I have been a resident of the building for over five years. I believe residents who have invested in their homes deserve transparent, responsive, and professional property management. Concerned about current standards and their impact on both daily life and long-term property value, I am actively involved in supporting the Right to Manage initiative and am willing to contribute my time and skills to help move things forward.

  • Pratik Naik

Professionally, I work as a Product Manager in the IT industry, a role that revolves around solving complex problems, managing budgets, and ensuring that services actually deliver what they promise. Having lived in the UK for seven years and called Byron Court my home for the last five, I am deeply invested in the future of our building.

Like many of you, I have grown frustrated with the lack of communication and the escalating costs from our current management. I believe our home deserves better than broken gates and unanswered emails. I joined the RTM initiative to apply my professional experience in project delivery and vendor management to our estate. My goal is simple: to ensure Byron Court & Moore House is managed with transparency, efficiency, and the high standard of service we are all paying for.

  • Diana Popescu

I believe that the place we live in should feel comfortable, well maintained and welcoming for everyone. A well-managed building can make a real difference to everyday life, and when residents feel informed and respected it helps create a stronger sense of community.

I have lived at Byron Court since the building was completed over five years ago. During this time, I have developed a strong interest in helping ensure the building continues to be well managed and maintained for the benefit of all residents. I support the Right to Manage as I believe residents should have a greater voice in how their building is managed and cared for.

My professional background is in residential property management, with over eight years of experience working within large residential developments and supporting the day-to-day operations of buildings. Before this, I worked in London’s hospitality sector within luxury five-star hotels, which helped develop my service-focused and professional approach.

  • Anantharam Venkatesan

I work in tech as a Software Engineer — I’ve always been a bit of a tech geek. I’ve been in the UK for eight years now where five of those years were spent in Byron Court. This place matters to me. It’s not just a flat — it’s where we live, unwind, and invest our hard-earned money.

Over the past few years, it’s become clear that the level of service we are paying for simply isn’t being delivered. From an expensive garage shutter replacement that failed within 24 hours, to lifts that break down monthly, to a major basement water leak left unresolved for over three months — these aren’t minor oversights. They point to deeper operational and financial issues. We deserve better than that.

That’s why I decided to get involved with the RTM initiative. In my day job, I manage software projects and work closely with vendors and clients to make sure things get delivered properly and efficiently. I want to bring that same mindset here — clear communication, better accountability, and making sure we actually get the level of service we’re paying for.

At the end of the day, I just want Byron Court & Moore House to be run properly — in a way that makes us feel good about living here.

  • Ranendra Datta

I am an IT engineer with 22 years of experience in the industry and am currently working as a Data Solutions Architect at Adecco Group, where I have been for the past four years. I moved to London from India with my family in 2019 and have been living at Moore House since 2021.

Over the past five years, I have experienced a number of challenges relating to safety and security, particularly within this residence, which I feel have not been adequately addressed by the current managing company. In addition, there has been a lack of transparency around service charges, which have increased year on year and are now significantly high.

I have chosen to get involved to help bring greater clarity to all aspects of the management and maintenance of Moore House and Byron Court. My aim is to support the transition to a more transparent and responsive management approach, working with a new company that can deliver the level of service residents expect. This includes implementing a clear structure through which residents can raise concerns, have them properly heard, and see them resolved.

I strongly believe that all residents should feel included and have confidence in how their building is managed. I am therefore happy to volunteer my time to help make this happen.
